Marchena’s sustainable urban mobility plan (Seville)

U-Space collaborates with Marchena City Council in the transformation of urban mobility in the municipality through the drafting of the Marchena’s Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan.
The drafting of Marchena’s Urban Mobility Plan was carried out following the criteria established by the Institute for Diversification and Saving of Energy and aimed at reducing dependence on private vehicles, promoting pedestrian and cyclist mobility and improving public transport. During the elaboration process the following tasks were carried out:
1) Characterisation and analysis of the current mobility situation in Marchena.
2) Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan Elaboration.
3) Action Plan and Concrete Measures Elaboration.
4) Study of funding lines.
5) Citizen Participation Plan.
